In a decisive move towards the future of automotive manufacturing, Fivecomm is proud to be part of the 5G-FACTORIES project, an ambitious initiative aimed at evaluating and enhancing production processes within Renault Group plants. The project’s goal is to identify communication needs and foster flexible manufacturing capable of agile production of electric and connected vehicles through private 5G networks.

Leveraging its expertise in 5G technologies, Fivecomm focuses on analyzing the digitalization level of the automotive industry. Fivecomm is conducting an engineering study of use cases and the necessary sensorization within Renault’s production facilities to meet evolving digital demands.
